As a Senior Marketing Specialist, you will be in charge of digital media planning and operation to boost Style.me’s brand awareness focus on US market. You need to be dare to explore every possible way to optimize our web presence and is eager to learn and take challenges in a startup organization. You must be comfortable of working with little supervision in a fast-paced and dynamic environment; stay calm while working under pressure, constant changing priorities, and tight deadlines. You will also need to closely cooperate with our US team.

We are looking for a self- starter with enthusiasm, passion, and positive mental attitude to take initiative to make improvements, anticipate potential issues and quickly develop solid alternative solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Strategize Style.me digital marketing campaigns aligned with business goals.
  
• Shaping and executing the digital marketing strategy across all the relevant social networks and delivering highly-creative social media and content marketing campaigns.
• Manage digital platforms for Style.me (e.g. website, video etc.)
• Package content for different social media channels, optimizing headlines, images, and posting schedule to drive performance.
• Utilizing strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to- end customer experience across multiple channels, Style.me website and customer touch points.
• Collaborating with internal teams to create digital content and to optimize user experience.
• Generating reports on promotional campaigns / channel performance, analysis and provide key learning.
• Building and growing online communities.
• Promoting positive online engagement and developing digital assets.
• Strong understanding of social media landscape, and how to grow and engage the audience through EDM, emails, social medias, etc.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in English (Requirement)
• Deep understanding of US garment markets, or, have been worked/lived in the US is a plus
• 2+ years of experience in planning and executing online campaigns focus on B2B
• Familiar with online marketing communication, channels and tools
• Understand current marketing trends and have a sense of garment fashion
• Great communication skills, attention to details and a passion for continuous improvement in digital marketing
• Experience in organizing offline activities (exhibitions, workshops, roadshows, etc.).
