The task of the Numbers Customer Service Specialist is to provide excellent customer service.Responsible for solving customers' questions and problems.In this position, you need to be able to understand the customer's needs in detail, listen patiently to user feedback, and be willing to take responsibility to find the best solution to the customer's problem.

In Numbers, you will directly connect with the world and have dialogues with overseas communities who care about the authenticity of digital content, love true photos and videos, or dislike the fake contents created by technology that affects our democracy. Because we are the pioneer in this area, most users are still learning and trying to figure out what Numbers technology and products can do for them. You must listen to users’ voices,and assist the team to optimize the product to fundamentally solve the user's problem.

1. Experience in providing customer service.
2. Carefulness and Patience.Have a keen sense of observation, be good at finding problems, and want to solve them fundamentally.
3. Be able to calmly think and communicate with users rationally when dealing with urgent matters or complaints.
4. Know how to determine the severity of user problems, and be able to quickly clarify the crux of the problem properly to arrange the order of case handling accordingly.
5. Adheres to the assigned schedule and avoids any late attendance.
6. Experience of using no-code tools including Airtable, Asana, Zapier, etc.
7. Like to work in a fast-paced startup.
