We are looking for a Community Manager who knows what it takes to grow, engage and retain an online community, and help convert them into leads, customers, active fans and advocates of our company. Our ideal candidate should be a ‘people person’ who has outstanding communication and interpersonal skills and is able to develop engaging content on our social media communities.
What you’ll do
Create, grow, and nurture social media communities (FB Page, Group & IG)
Reach out and engage with influencers, brand advocates, and audiences on social media
Maintain relationships with audiences and influencers personally from onboarding on to ensure a quality experience
Work with the marketing team to define social media & influencer strategy
Develop quality and sharable content (text, images, videos) for each channel to support marketing goals
1.5+ year of relevant work experience in social media management
Knowledge with both data-driven analysis and creative production
Empathy, warmth, curiosity, humility and a sense of humor
Cautious and willing to think. The team is people who like to think and interact. I hope you are also willing to improve yourself.
