● Successful candidate should be an analytical-driven individual with excellent problem solving skills.
● The candidate is expected to be detail-oriented for financial data check with the hands-on and practical experience of back office system.
● The candidate is expected to have the experience in handling general inquiries and escalated issues promptly within online customer service structure.
● The candidate has to be good bilingually in Chinese and English, especially reading and writing in English should be intermediate or above. (Good English verbal communication is a plus.)
● To reconcile and manage the online payment from downstream service providers.
● To execute daily & monthly payment review, and provide report if needed.
● To check potential fraud activities to mitigate the risk in online transaction, and escalate issue promptly if needed.
● Acting as customer service administration to provide online support to tier 1 and tier 2 CS team crossing out different markets of Africa.
● Will need to be on call for night shifts and weekends in rotation basis (Outside office).
● Reports to Operation Manager.
Skills and Educational / Qualification Requirements ● Above average in written and spoken English ● 1+ years of general experience in internet or related online company ● 1+ years of operation support in gaming with sports betting interest is a plus ● Working knowledge of database architecture and management (preferably MySQL) is a plus ● Bachelor degree and above in a related subject (science major) would be beneficial
