1、Lead software product engineering team with multiple platforms (Windows, Android, iOS, Cloud).
2、Actively involves in leading the product development lifecycles and deliver software product on time with good quality and reliability.
3、Define clear OKR based on company business goal.
4、Design and review the best-in-class technology and architecture for product competitiveness, reliability, flexibility, efficiency, and security.
5、Cultivate a strong, transparent, collaborative, and innovative RD team culture.

1、Minimum 10 years’ experience in SW development in cloud, mobile, and PC platforms.
2、Experienced team leader, managing more than 15 RD.
3、Experienced in architecture design and building scalable infrastructure with a proven cloud-based product deployed in the market.
4、Well-knowledge in Google Analytics, building data pipelines, and cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
5、Experienced in scrum, CI/CD, and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Redmine).
6、Strong cross-teams communication skill.
7、Ability to attract, develop, motivate, and retain talents.
8、Experienced in AI project / product will be a plus.
9、Ability and experienced in communication with global team in English will be a plus.

 First Interviewer will be CDO/Director.

It would take 3 to 4 interview to interact with hiring managers/peer managers.
