IT Support Engineer

We are looking for a Sr IT support engineer. You would be responsible for providing professional IT services to internal users for our Taipei office.
Responsibilities：
- Assist Personnel with installation, configuration and ongoing usability of system hardware and software.
- Offer daily operations and system support to personnel, network and servers.
- Verify functionality of hardware and software component.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in person, remotely and via phone.
- IT Procurement.
- Vendor management.
職務需求
Qualifications and Skills：
．3+ years’ experience in computer networks and system maintenance.
．Ability to meet deadlines and manage stress effectively in high-pressure situations.
．Understanding of IT principles and an ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to a variety of audience.
．Strong sense of discretion and confidentiality required.
．Certificates in Microsoft servers or CCNA will be a plus.
．Good work ethics and take pride in providing internal users with superior
