Job Description:

• Office management; ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in Taipei and motivating a small team
• Deliver thorough and enthusiastic orientation sessions for western students and graduates
• Programme development (Taipei); Identifying new placement opportunities with small, medium and large scale organisations across a wide range of sectors, both in person and by phone/email.
• Regular networking at suitable corporate events
• Where necessary; recruiting and supporting local staff to provide customer relations services
• Provide pastoral support to participants on InternChina programmes in Taipei, being available 24 hours for occasional emergencies when necessary
• Staff training on our online CRM system
• Manage office finances; handle cash, expenses and day-to-day accounting
• Application and booking administration; managing the participant placement process for Taipei
• Work closely with our teams at InternChina to understand our internal processes and best practices
• Create occasional press releases and blog posts
• Assist the team in producing social media content (photo and video)
• Consult with the management team on overall strategy and general management issues
• Assist with delivery of group programmes and oversee participant group trips in Taipei

You must be both professional and approachable
Extremely well organsied
Fluent spoken Chinese (Mandarin)
Taiwanese or Foreign citizens considered
Experience of studying or working in Taiwan, preferably Taipei
Fluent in English, both speaking and writing
A strong interest in business development, networking and building new partnerships
Enjoy socializing with corporate partners and western students
Hard working, diligent and responsible
Be available to start work from February 2018
