1. Responsible for handling B2B Channels in areas Jakarta Barat
2. Monitor and analyze competitors and prices in the market
3. Make a strategy plan, manage and mapping a Sales Team to achieve the target
4. Self-hiring, goal setting, coaching and monitoring the performance of sales representatives
5. Solve problems / provide good problem solving with internal or external teams
6. Breakdown targets weekly & daily and can explain well to the team
7. Presenting sales, revenue and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
1. Bachelor degree from any major (Marketing major is preferred)
2. Responsible for and handling B2B Channels in the Jakarta area
3. Maintain good relationship with Sales, RSM, and NSM
4. Minimum 2 years experience as ASM
5. Discipline, have a good attitude, uphold integrity, target oriented, achieve oriented
6. Able to lead the team under him well.
7. Can break down targets and proficient in data processing in Excel (Vlookup, Hlookup, and Pivot Tables)
