Hence, we launched the Defi protocol, Hakka Finance, devoted to providing financial service without financial intermediaries in 2020. Hakka finance is an open-source protocol that builds derivative financial products for anyone anywhere without a capital barrier. We had launched 2 Defi products under Hakka Finance and create USD 100M transactions in one month. Now, we are developing more financial products and try to sculpt the future of finance.

What you’ll be doing

• Build Strategy: You will create a growth strategy for our community. In the near term, this means building engagement, in the longer term our goal is to have a self-sustaining community that fully maintains the protocol.
• Create Community: You will shape and grow our current community of Defi enthusiasts. This includes leading monthly community calls and coaching our most engaged members.
• Educating Community: Using tools like Twitter, Medium, Telegram and Discord, you will be responsible for communicating about new features and encouraging others to get involved.
• Develop product: A key part of this role is aggregating community feedback to help prioritize the features and solutions that our community needs.

To be more specific, the following will be your daily work:

• Own research & content marketing covering the DeFi space, projects, and trends.
• Manage Twitter, Discord community, Telegram channel, and other social media.
• Writing good content & articles about web3 areas like Defi, DAO, and NFT to gather our community.
• Engage with the broader Hakka user base in community forums.
• Collaborate with Hakka partners to develop and give additional voice to the content.
• Ideate the campaign and product feature from community feedback.

What you'll bring

• Have experience in a fast-paced environment at a startup, tech company, or consulting firm
• Have strong communication and written skills in English, can make complexity sound simple for everyone
• Have high attention to detail, excellent time management, and organizational skills
• Ability to develop and ship a consistent pace of multi-channel content, and the ability to manage the content distribution infrastructure as needed
• Deep desire to ask questions, understand data, and develop hypotheses
• Project management, time management, and ability to multitask
• Fascinated by DeFi, Cryptocurrency and DAO, and try to read, hack & otherwise stay up to date with the DeFi ecosystem
• Work well with autonomy and can drive new initiatives.

Even Better if You Have

• Experience running community in DAO or open source community
• Experience in communications including Discord, Twitter, and Medium
• Knowledgeable about DeFi/DAO, including explaining DeFi concepts and protocols, and troubleshooting DeFi user issues
• Strong emotional intelligence and collaborate empathetically with teammates and stakeholders
• Able to explain complex things simply
• Strong affinity for social media and memes

Compensation

NTD $70,000 ~ $100,000 per month.
