You will participate in managing the Perpetual Protocol referral program and other community projects to acquire new users to our platform. You will be actively talking our our referral partners, influencers, KOLs and active community members, leverage their power of voice to expand our reach.

Responsibilities

• Planing and executing the referral program
• Working and liaising with influencers, KOLs and active community members
• Identify opportunities for collaboration with existing or new influencers
• Initiating community campaigns to achieve the goals: increasing referred volume, active community members and user engagements
• Assisting with marketing campaigns in collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Strategy, Business Development, Product, Engineering, and Design
• Regularly reporting on progress across the marketing campaigns and projects
• Monitoring results with key metrics with a data-driven mindset
• Identify emerging industry trends and leverage this information to inform our marketing strategy

Basic Qualifications

• Enthusiastic about DeFi and cryptocurrency
• Native-level communication skills in English
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiar with Discord and has joined in some well-run crypto channels
• Positive thinking, professionalism and integrity

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledgeable about DeFi including explaining DeFi concepts and protocols
• Experience using cryptocurrency, including buying, selling, trading, wallet security practices, etc.
• Experience in community management and business development
• Experience in public speech or event hosting
• Experience in sales and marketing
• Good English writing skills, can make complexity sound simple for everyone
