You will work closely with Business Development & Engineering team.
Responsibilities
- Be the technical advisor to Perpetual partners (web3 apps, trading firms, market makers, hedge funds, wallets, exchanges) for their integrations and build outs
- Understand the trading workflows and technical needs of the market makers and institutional trading firms active on Perpetual Protocol
- Deep understanding of Perpetual API ( including smart contract, subgraph or typescript SDK ) and triage partner questions and asks knowledgeably and comprehensively as the first line of support
- Work with Perpetual Protocol’s product engineering teams to improve existing features and help build new ones
- Escalate issues that need engineering support (while minimizing escalations)
- Provide ongoing summary reports summarizing issues, escalations, and status for each institutional firm
- Independently identify stakeholders and align cross functional partners towards completion of project goals
- Independently break down coding projects into tasks and partner with all applicable teams and partners
- Build and foster relationships with internal and/or external stakeholders
- Influence decision-making through presentation of data-centric business topics
- Serve as a subject matter expert within Perpetual Protocol and provide consultation on domain-level projects
- Build and improve the tools and systems that enable Perpetual Protocol to produce and maintain high-quality documentation
- Implement new documentation experiences and gather a solid understanding of how developers integrate with Perpetual Protocol
- Assess current authoring systems and make it easier to create, maintain, and deploy accurate documentation for our developer interfaces (protocol, smart contracts, SDKs, and APIs)
- Raise the bar for product quality while ensuring the documentation continues to grow in scope with the evolutions of the Perpetual Protocol
