Job Functions
✓ Moderating Phrozen’s online community, answering technical questions from users, providing printing tips, and coming up with solutions to troubleshoot product issues from users.
✓ Learning technical 3D printing details, including chemical engineering, chemistry, electric engineering, optical engineering...etc.
✓ Compiling users' issues & feedback and writing up FAQs based on SEO guidelines

Requirements
✓ Outstanding English writing capability, a native speaker is highly preferred
✓ A quick & proactive learner, always willing to pick up knowledge, and curious about the 3D printing applications
✓ Strong logical thinking and troubleshooting skills to solve users' problems
✓ Able to communicate with people across multiple departments(including assembly, product, marketing, sales...etc)
✓ Passionate about providing premium customer support
✓ Experience in engineering is a plus
✓ Experience & knowledge in 3D printing, especially SLA/DLP/LCD 3D printing is a plus
