Customer Service Agent 客服專員

Job Description

Customer satisfaction is the heart of a company's development. As the capabilities of the 3D printing technology grow, so are the needs of Phrozen support team. We’re looking for:

  1. Problem solvers with the ability to identify issues and provide solutions.
  2. Experts in 3D printing to provide support to our customers to overcome the steep learning curve.

About the Role

  1. As a member of the customer service agent, you will act as the first point of contact for prospective and returning customers. Your duty is to answer their questions or direct them to the appropriate channels
  2. You will support global customers in choosing the ideal printer, and help a minimum of 200 customers per month.
  3. You will become an expert in all areas of the product.
  4. You will document requests and collaborate with the rest of the team to help elevate the voice of the customer at Phrozen.

Requirements

  1. Fluent in business written English and Mandarin.
  2. Ability to work on weekends and on shifts.
  3. Hands-on experience in using a variety of communication channels such as email, live chat, Facebook etc.
  4. Experience using Zendesk, Hubspot, or similar customer solutions software.
