As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, your mission is to understand Pinkoi group’s business priorities, how our culture lives and breathes, and be the key to interpret those values to local recruitment strategy, attract and hire talented people to join Pinkoi.

This role will report to People Operations and partner closely with hiring managers to develop the next generation of talent pipelines, deliver well-rounded and timely recruitment services for both internal stakeholders and external candidates to build a consistently competitive team.

Your performance will be measured by your ability to demonstrate the competencies below and the key results discussed with your leader. You will be innovative and agile. You will not be bound by your own title and scope of responsibility, and will think broadly to create an amazing workplace by dare-to-fail & grow-beyond-yesterday spirit.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on recruitment tasks, including sourcing, scheduling, interviewing, assessing and selecting.
• Proactively partner with hiring managers from Engineer team, Product team and Business team to explore, develop and maintain local talent channels to build diverse talent pipelines.
• Search, identify, attract and hire great people by sharing Pinkoi’s values and cultures and always provide the 5-star candidate experience.
• Analyze present recruitment strategies, and enhance them with creative and effective methods.

Required Skills and Competencies

• At least 1.5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment function with solid results.
• Familiar with online and offline recruitment channels.
• Excellent in searching & identifying great talents that meet the company’s short-term and long-term business strategy.
• Able to manage your time and prioritize/clarify complex tasks.
• Experience of working at start-up companies, tech/Internet or fast growing global companies.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and flexible to adapt to changing environments.
• Native Mandarin and fluent English both written and verbal.
