As a Business Intelligence Specialist, you will use logic and big data to identify trends and advise the most appropriate course of action when guiding the company to new achievements.

What you'll do:
1. Plan and execute user behavior tracking strategies to make enhancements to our platform and UX.
2. Analyze user-generated content to ensure compliance and observe current trends amongst users.
3. Connect external users with internal teams by communicating user feedback and issues with the
appropriate team and respond to users in a timely manner.
4. Work with cross-functional teams, understand their requirements and create dashboards.
5. Support daily operations and perform ad-hoc projects as directed.

Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications:
1. Knowledge of Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel functions and data organization formatting.
2. Strong analytical, logical reasoning and mathematical skills.
3. Ability to work with minute details in an organized fashion.
4. Ability to communicate effectively to teammates and work together to find solutions.
