We are seeking a Legal Operations Coordinator who will oversee all legal aspects of Playsee and provide legal advice on all related issues.

Responsibilities include:

1. Research and evaluate different risk factors regarding business decisions and operations

2. Draft and solidify agreements, Intellectual Property (trademark and patent), contracts, and other legal documents to ensure the company’s full legal rights

3. Communicate and negotiate with external parties on legal matter

4. Provide accurate and timely counsel in a variety of legal topics

5. Apply effective risk management techniques and offer proactive advice on possible legal issues

6. Provide clarification on legal language or specifications to the company

7. Maintain current knowledge of legislative changes

8. Support daily operations and perform ad-hoc projects as directed

Requirements:

1. 3-5 years of legal experience in reputable law firms and/or MNCs; experience working with startup companies or in an entrepreneurial environment highly preferable

2. Excellent judgement and ability to analyze situations and information

3. Possessing ability to create legal defensive or proactive strategies

4. Outstanding communication and organizational skills

5. Native/Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese

6. Strong attention to details

7. Appreciation of new technology

8. Experience with US jurisdiction and regulation highly preferable
