Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced dynamic Program Manager who can join the OpenSync Strategy & Operations team. You will drive processes of the integration program, lead cross functional efforts and execute strategic initiatives that will directly impact the deployment of OpenSync into millions of homes. The ideal candidate will design innovative solutions by taking into consideration the external and internal customers and focus on what should be done rather than what can be done.

What You’ll Do

  • Shape program strategy and vision and work with cross-functional teams and leaders across the organization
  • Design, build, and improve processes that contribute to operational excellence
  • Manage complex projects and programs including managing dashboards, creating documentation, defining and tracking metrics for the integrations program
  • Analyze key metrics to manage program health, mitigate risks, demonstrate impact and enable continuous improvement
  • Be a catalyst, understand organizational dynamics and influence adoption of processes

Persyaratan

What You’ll Bring

  • Education Requirements: BA/BS in Information Technology, Electronics and Communications Engineering or a related technical field. MBA preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in program management, consulting or operations
  • Must have experience in managing and scaling high impact programs
  • Experience in SmartSheets and Jira is a plus
  • Track record of wearing multiple hats, identifying areas for improvement and executing on them
  • Demonstrated ability to think outside the box to mitigate risks
  • Ability to balance attention to detail with a fast paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills and experience in driving initiatives with leaders
