Editorial interns will monitor travel industry news, research various topics, attend daily meetings and write articles for AwardTravel.com. Ability to work on tight deadlines with clean copy editing is required. We’re looking for interns for 20-40 hours per week(flexible) paid commitment.

Pointimize is the world’s first travel search engine that specializes in award travel. Our team is made up of creative and dedicated people with a goal to disrupt the travel industry in the world. 

Responsibility

• Researching key topics/ trends and monitor industry development and related industry conversations.
• Creating interesting, engaging,  well-research and SEO oriented content on tight deadlines. 
• Work with analytics dashboards for social media to identify market requirements/opportunities.
• Make sure content is well formatted. 
• Assisting the Marketing Team on various projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Attention to detail with high prioritization and organizational skills.
• Working knowledge of social platforms and WordPress.
• Knowledge of SEO writing, credit card rewards, hotel points and flight miles is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Experience working on editorial teams preferred.
• Ability to write quickly and work with a team.
• Photo editing skills are appreciated.

Time Commitment 

• 6 months 
• Minimum 24 hours each week. (Full-timers are welcome)
