Get to Know the Role

We are looking for an experienced partner with and support the growth of our key Product lines.

As a Product Operations in Poseidon Network, you will be tasked with expanding the user base of the assigned Product lines' product offering and services from both existing users and from new users.

There are many strategies available to achieve this such as planning and executing creative marketing campaigns, customer segmentation for tailor made outreach, developing customer reward strategies, partnering with other internal products and external parties to offer exciting incentives to use the platform.

You will also work closely with the Product team to make suggestions for product improvements to ensure rapid growth into the market's leader.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments
  • Lead the execution of marketing programs from the start to the end, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration
  • Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics
  • Own execution of campaigns, optimisation, experiments, and reporting for digital channels.
  • Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets
  • Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads
  • Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establishing budget guidelines, participating in events, documenting business processes, and providing additional sales support
  • ​​Conceptualize and execute on multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels


Requirements

  • 2+ years of generalist marketing experience, preferably in a fast-paced oriented environment
  • Strong coordination skills and strategic mindset for marketing
  • Familiarity with online and offline marketing avenues such as social media, community management, event management, others
  • Proven experience in growing and managing user base
  • A strong customer-centric mindset - you are always thinking about how our customers interact with the brand
  • Fluency in Mandarin and business level writing & speaking English
