1. Develop strategies and plans, manage and execute, accountable for Amazon e-commerce KPI performance, including pageviews, orders, revenue, margin, etc. Create monthly, quarterly business objectives and work closely with the team on execution.
2. Create marketing and growth strategies, manage end to end execution by communicating with internal and external teams.
3. Provide a sales forecast for the operation team to do production plans in different regions.
4. Design and implement product pages, familiar with data-driven mechanisms, optimize product messages, graphic design, and improve user experience.
5. Optimize the keyword by using Ads and competitor analysis.
Plan product marketing campaigns and promotion campaign according to branding strategy.
6. Analyze business reports, propose optimization regarding marketing, advertisement, competition, be data driven and problem solving.
7. Work closely with Amazon and Amazon Launchpad representatives, plan and understand strategies to maximize opportunities.
1. 6+ years of work experience
2. 3+ years of experience in managing B2C e-commerce (Amazon is required) platforms
3. Bachelor’s Degree or above in Marketing or Business/Sales or similar
4. Excellent English copywriting and communication abilities
5. Knowledge with data-driven analysis (e.g., Google Analytics)
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to lead and collaborate with cross-functional departments, partners and vendors.
7. Experience in the music industry or electronics is a plus.
