• Plan, coordinate, and manage global web projects, including initial scoping, planning, scheduling, budgeting, and project coordination.
• Conceptualize and implement new ideas to improve the information architecture and web design of our website and online tools for a powerful user experience.
• Collaborate with the IT team and other stakeholders to create and document technical solutions across Web/CRM/EC domains.
• Plan ahead to build our ability to leverage new digital technologies as they evolve.

【我們需要這樣的你】

• Master’s degree in Information and Technology or related field.
• Minimum 6-8 years relevant experience developing comprehensive solutions for digital channels or digital marketing. (Please provide a portfolio or examples of your earlier work, i.e. website URLs.)
• Excellent global project management, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to drive and implement projects in a cross-cultural environment.
• Excellent understanding of digital projects and new online services and implementation methodologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, responsive web design, and experience with web content management systems.
• Excellent understanding and knowledge of web standards, accessibility, reliability, and compatibility issues.
• Experience with digital technology platforms such as EC/CRM/CDP/CMS/Customer Service/Ticket * System/AI Chatbot/Automation Tool/Knowledge Base.
• Good verbal and written English skills with the ability to communicate methods and results to a non-technical audience. Preferably in a multinational corporate communications environment.
• A metrics-driven and results-oriented approach with demonstrated.
