Job Description
What You’ll Do
- Develop social media strategy and lead the growth of PG’s global social media presence on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube.
- Leverage professional, cultural & audience insights to create engaging content and programs that resonate with our target audience.
- Plan and maintain a social calendar working closely with regional & local offices on implementation.
- Manage social campaigns from development to implementation & collaborate with marketing teams on multi-channel campaigns.
- Analyze social performance to inform content and platform strategies.
- Closely work with cross-functional teams to develop social media operation guideline and act as contact point for escalations of social customer care issues.
- Manage expanding paid/owned media communication & operation as needed.
Requirements
- Great passion for the guitar music industry or an avid guitarist yourself, with deep knowledge of music gears, genre, legacy acts & emerging artists.
- 2-3 years of experience working in social marketing, either at an agency, label or client side.
- Strong creative sense and ability to share and sell creative work.
- Deep understanding of social analytics and paid social strategy.
- Solid experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative, ever-changing environment.
- Flexibility to do cross time-zone collaboration.
- Business fluency in English; ability to compose English marketing copies.
