- Run a premium American Education based education center
- Oversee daily operations of the center
- Meet & greet Parents
- Track student's progress and work with Education specialists in ensuring quality materials are delivered
- Delegate administrative tasks to assistants
- Manage center library and devise library system for effective center control
- Maintain center's professional image
- Plan and work with educational specialist in manage student's class schedules

Education Specialists
- Work in a premium American education institute
- Gain first hand knowledge with the study aboard tertiary industry
- Grow and manage student/ customer base
- Work with the marketing team on events, information session
- Work with different business units and have opportunity to move into other functions in marketing or management

Teaching Associate Roles:
- Teach in a premium educational institute in Taipei
- Gain first hand experience with teaching American system educated students
- Learn to deliver plan and write curriculum in an American Education capacity
