This role is for applicants who specialized in the technical side of software implementation projects and product development, they will act as one of our technical leader in backend technologies, providing in-depth knowledge and expertise of software architecture and design to clients, team members, and software engineers. 

Reporting Structure: this position will report to VP of Engineering

Job Duties:

• Project requirements clarification on solution architecture and design
• System development, testing, integration and implementation
• Advising on the creation of system documentations and testing methodologies and procedures
• Provide technical leadership to the software development team
  

• BS in Computer Science, IT, IS, or equivalent area of technical study (IT experience can substitute for a BS degree)
• At least 10 years of hands-on experiences
• Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
• Experience in software architecture, design and development within the software development life cycle
• Expert level proficiency in Java
• Able to work under pressure, willing to face challenges
• Must be willing to work on multiple languages and technologies, e.g. Java Python, React, Node.js, JavaScript, Elastic Search, Redis Cache.
• Must have Experience using AWS services
• Familiarity with web technologies and frameworks.
• Creative problem-solving and analysis skills
• Process-oriented with great documentation skills
• High sense of responsibility to finish and implement their work or project
• Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate well with technical and non-technical personnel
• Embrace strong culture in continuous learning and sharing with others

Stage 1: Prepare presentation with 2 slides
Stage 2: 30 min Fundamental Session, 15min to explain solution on critical project, 15min to share learning on latest technology, interviewed by VP of Engineering in Taipei.
Stage 3: compete the technical test in four days.
Stage 4: 30 min Technical Session, interviewed by technical expert in San Francisco.
Stage 5: 30 min Partnership Session, interviewed by co-founder in Taipei.
Stage 6: 30 min Culture Session, interviewed by CEO in San Francisco.
