- Bertanggung jawab terhadap pengaturan dan pengembangan SDM
- Bertanggung jawab terhadap ketersediaan dan pemakaian material yang efisien
- Bertanggung jawab terhadap ketersediaan SOP, instruksi kerja, dan standar produk
- Bertanggung jawab terhadap kesiapan dan kelancaran mesin-mesin produksi
- Bertanggung jawab untuk pencapaian target
- Bertanggung jawab terhadap keselamatan kerja dan kebersihan lingkungan kerja
Requirements
- Pria usia maksimal 35 Th
- Pendidikan min. S1/D3 teknik elektro, mesin, mekatronika
- Berpengalaman sebagai supervisor produksi lebih diutamakan
- Menguasai flow proses produksi terutama perusahaan manufaktur
- Mampu menganalisa masalah produksi
- Bersedia bekerja dalam sistem 3 shift
