1. 帶領遊戲測試專案(主機/手遊/PC)包括在地化與功能性之測試，進度掌握之相關經驗
Experience in leading game testing projects(console/mobile/PC) including
localization and functional testing and be able to have progress under control.
2. 了解客戶溝通與需求評估，並且提供報價
Understand customer communication and needs assessment and provide
quotations.
3. 協助工作項目評估與規劃
Assist in work projects evaluation and planning.
4. 管理遊戲測試相關人員之工作品質及測試進度
Manage the work quality and testing progress of game testing personnel.
5. 優化工作流程
Optimize workflow.
6. 與集團內部專案協調溝通
Coordinate and communicate with internal projects.
7. 每月月底統計各專案時數，製作其相關報表
Calculate the hours of each project at the end of each month and make related
reports.
8. 其他日常管理工作與主管交辦事項
Other daily management operation and tasks assigned by supervisors.

1. 熱愛遊戲，熟悉各個類型遊戲與各大遊戲平台，有大量遊戲經驗
2. 4年以上遊戲測試經驗，且具製作Checklist相關經驗
3. 了解國內外各平台遊戲發行流程，熟悉各遊戲平台的QA標準，掌握主流QA報告系統
4. 抗壓能力強，對於品質有著嚴苛的要求，具備極高的責任心與執行力
5. 善於溝通，具有良好的語言組織與表述能力
6. 富有團隊精神，且具測試項目管理經驗
7. 有開發相關知識與技能者佳
8. 日語JPLT N1或英語 Toeic 800能力，擇一精通
