- 社群活動企劃與執行，提升住客體驗與連結，強化品牌黏著度。
- 社群小編、文案撰寫，玖樓社群內容搜集與生活紀錄。社群經營平台包含：IG、臉書粉專、臉書社團。
- 品牌異業合作企劃與執行，提升品牌能見度、創造話題。
- 玖樓璞園場租業務推廣、提升空間使用坪效（如頂樓、錄音室、瑜伽室或大廳等）。
- 品牌及空間租借業務窗口，維持公司與合作方溝通即時且暢通。
- 定期公司主管會議，彙整工作進度，社群數據追蹤與分析、給予公司行銷方向建議。
- 協助營運現場事務如看房、入住、退房、活動場佈或場復等，配合營運部門安排，一週一天為上限。
- 公司康輔總招，特殊節日活動規劃、餐廳安排，協助內部凝聚。
Requirements
Requirements
- 兩年以上設計、策展、社群、廣告行銷、時尚潮流等產業相關工作經驗。
- 了解時事議題與網路風向，具備話題敏感度。
- 熟悉飯店旅宿或房地產業生態。
- 能於框架外思考，提出有趣、令人印象深刻的企劃。
- 良好的文字能力，能撰寫動人文案。
- 美感及基本美編製作能力，熟悉PS/AI/Indesign 其一軟體。
- 能操作數位行銷基本工具，分析資料並給予行銷優化建議。
- 能掌控專案進度，與外部協作廠商保持良好聯繫，並積極與主管回報工作狀況。
