Job Description

We are looking for a smart, enthusiastic, hard-working and creative candidate to join our Global Business Team. Our mission is to provide one stop solution for the license needed and explore the customer's pre-sales inquiries.

You are the key contributor to the channel growth of the global partner expansion. You are required to develop, manage and build strong partner relationships with the key accounts and to further develop the sales growth strategy to assigned account and territory.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Develop and execute annually and quarterly sales plan with excellent strategic selling skills to meet/exceed quota
· Responsible for driving revenue growth and customers' satisfaction for your assigned accounts
· Establish and penetrate into the new market segment for new clients to increase market share
· Measure, monitor and manage key accounts sales revenues and provide updates to the management team
· Manage contract negotiations.
· Prepare and present sales proposals, tenders, and account management plans.
· Create & articulate compelling value propositions around Reallusion products and services. Accelerate customer adoption
· Maintain a robust sales pipeline & reporting.
· Feedback marketing intelligence and competitor information

Requirements

Basic Qualifications

· The right person will possess 3+ years of experience in software/content/game licensing sales or business development in the management of a sales team.
· Experience working with value added service provider overseeing entire sales process (pre-sale, pipeline creation, project landing, post-sale services).
· Technical sales background with solutions and IT services to IT industry, SMB customers, startups or state-owned enterprise, with direct field experience in working with enterprise accounts across assigned territory.
· Would have consistently exceeded quota and key performance metrics
· Demonstrated ability to engage and influence C-level executives
· Strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences
· Technical understanding in the areas of animation and content business, web services and enterprise license
· Strong verbal and written communications skills, as well as the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations
· Extensive customer & contact network.
· BA/BS degree required. Master or MBA a plus.
· Stays current and informed on all new campaigns, understanding their objectives and relevance, communicating to cross functional team and ensuring all involved know the roles the play in making campaigns successful.

Preferred Qualifications

· Knowledgeable about inside sales, as well as interfacing with partner and field marketing peers.
· A strong background in 2D/3D animation industry, global distribution, content and software licensing is a plus.
· Strong leadership skills, outcome oriented thinking.
· Extensive customer network.
