[Job Description]
As a Technical Artist in the team, you are the bridge between artists and software engineers, and other disciplines. Your mission is to establish and improve our products, tools, workflows, and techs that unleash the creativity of our artists/engineers and allow the development of the best possible animation software/pipeline for our users. By mentoring and influencing, you will drive the highest quality and efficiency of animation production.

[What will you do]
1. Do topic research and benchmark on demand.
2. Art: understand each of the major art disciplines.
3. Programming: diagnose software problems, understand games engines, workflows, and graphics rendering/pipeline and develop them so they work more effectively.
4. Communication: good listen to and communicate with artists and engineers, explain and write clear reports.
5. Problem-solving: spot potential problems, find solutions to art-related problems.
6. Supporting others: serve the needs of the department and ensure the artists have the tools they need to do their jobs.

[Qualifications]
1. Minimum of 2 years of work experience
2. Expert in one of the 2D/3D animation/rigging/skinning/modeling/filming domain.
3. Experience in 2D/3D animation software or game engine pipeline development.
4. Strong in Python or any type of script programming.
5. Familiar with one of Maya, Max, Blender, C4D, Zbrush, or Substance Painter, ..., etc.
6. Familiar with one of Unreal or Unity engine.
