Responsibilities:

• Antenna design across sub-6GHz technology such as NRC, RFID, GNSS, BT, WiFi, 2G/3G/LTE/LTE-M/LTE-NB

• Hands-on antenna matching and optimization when integrated into product

• Use EM stimulation tools to perform analysis and modelling of RF antennas and products to meet customer’s requirements

• Conduct antenna and RF measurement using equipment and anechoic chamber

• Review PCB schematic and layout related to RF aspects

• Ensure products to meet regulations by regulatory review boards

• Drive and enhance the RF and antenna design and development capabilities

• Work closely with Electronics/Mechanical/Firmware/Quality teams to define system requirements and goals.

 

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of working experience in aspects of RF and wireless technology

• At least a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering

• Familiar with product certifications and regulations

• Expert on operating RF requirements to analyze and troubleshoot RF aspects issues

• Familiar with EM simulation tools – CST – MWS, and Altium designer for layout review

• In-depth knowledge of wireless technology for NFS, RFID, GNSS, 2G/3G/LTE/LTE-A/LTE-M/LTE-NB, WiFi, BT

• Antenna design and analysis, matching methodology and communication system knowledge is a must

• Must be driven, able to work independently and in a team environment, and able to communicate clearly. ​
