We are searching for strong business development manager candidates who are proactive and passionate about company products and sports industry. This role will take over a mix of existing accounts and new business territory. To excel in this role, you should be an active listener, have a compelling sales personality, and a hunger to chase and close new business from scratch. You will also act as a point of contact for our clients and build long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with their contacts, always striving to find the right solution which best fit the needs of clients. You will aid internal departments by collecting information, such as sales leads or testimonials, assisting in the processing and analysis of client data and complaints, and identifying industry trends.
To succeed in this position, candidates should have exceptional communication, business, account management and problem-solving skills. You should be resourceful, analytical, adaptable, and organized with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, or related field. • 5 years and above proven business development and entrepreneur personality, success track records and accounts management experiences • Regional (China or GCR) or global experiences (US/EMEA) preferred. • Experienced, knowledgeable and fimiliar in sports/wearable products and industry. • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to collect, track, and analyze customer demands with adaptability and strong problem-solving skills. • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty. • Strong inter-personal skills and enjoy working in a fast-pace start-up company with multi-tasking capabilities.
