you will be a valuable team member working closely with business developer, product manager, and engineering teams to plan, engage, deploy, and manage customer support. This role will also involve working with various internal and external technology partners, as well as supporting business, technical and marketing activities.
· Troubleshooting, documenting, communicating and managing technical integration projects for customers using proper SDK/API and engineering tools provided
· Provide direction, recommendations, and solutions, to customers including code review and test
· Take the lead on customer issues and become a solutions subject matter expert facing customers proactively and effectively
· Work closely with internal software development teams to solve customer issues
· On-site customer visits and engage potential customers with business and marketing staff during pre-sales phase
