The Project Support will provide administrative support of project management on system roll out in Taiwan. He/she will responsible for tracking on project progress, data consolidation, make sure all team members and departments have what is needed to meet the deadlines and milestones.
Main Responsibilities & Tasks:
• Follow-up on projects
• Providing administrative support, such as data consolidation from each department, work with consultant on verifying data.etc.
• Thorough project documentation
• Organizing project team meetings and recording minutes.
• Providing information and regular support to stakeholders
Qualifications & Skills:
• University degree or diploma
• Strong sense of discretion, confidentiality, good knowledge of technical and business vocabulary, service & detail oriented
• Fluent in oral and written English
• Excellent communication skill across levels, functions and cultures
• Analytical, self-motivated, energetic, good at execution, skillful for multi-tasks, quick learner, can work independently and also under high pressure
• Good MS Office skills, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and usual productivity software; SAP experience is a plus
• Team player
• Highly driven individual
• Strong sense of responsibility
• Project management skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in transversal mode
