- Process monthly payroll and HR expenses.
- Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Support and assist in talent acquisition and recruitment process including source, screen and approach applicants, the phone interview and on-site interview arrangement, follow-up feedbacks etc.
- Support and provide day to day administration service form on-boarding to off boarding. Assist employees with any issues and provide support to employees to resolve problems.
- Assist for documentation of employee personnel file and other required HR operations to ensure compliance with procedure.
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, performance evaluations etc)
- Good PC skills in Microsoft Office (World, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good interpersonal skills, patient and positive image in all interactions
