Job Description

[General Responsibilities]
- Develop and implement go-to-market plans for new products and marketing campaigns, ensuring successful launches in the EMEA region.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, influencer marketing, digital ads to define product positioning, messaging, and targeting strategies.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify key trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape, using data-driven approaches to drive decision-making.
- Identify and leverage upsell opportunities by understanding customer needs, specific regional customer behaviors and aligning them with our product offerings.
- Monitor and measure the success of go-to-market initiatives through key performance indicators (KPIs) and analytics, making data-driven adjustments as necessary.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and customer preferences to continuously optimize go-to-market strategies.


[Job Requirements]
- Proven experience in product marketing, go-to-market planning, or a related role, preferably in a related industry.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to utilize data to drive decision-making and optimize marketing strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging and presentations.
- Proactive and self-driven mindset with a keen eye for identifying gaps and upsell opportunities in the market.
- Proficiency in market research and analysis tools.
- Familiarity with EMEA markets, including cultural nuances and local consumer preferences, is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in multicultural teams, understanding and appreciating different perspectives and adapting communication styles accordingly.
- Fluency in both Chinese and English languages is required
