Job Description

[Job summary]
Drive licensing business development and marketing for EMEA and NOAM markets, focusing on France, Germany, Spain and US, etc.

[General Responsibilities]
1.Target and develop new licensing business partnership opportunities based on targeted market trends and company strategy, draft sales forecast and business proposals to licensors and brands to negotiate business deals.
2.Plan and deploy go-to-market plans related to licensing collaboration, initiate cross-team discussion to execute collaboration launches and grow our brand.
3.Manage launch timeline and pipeline including licensing product designs, production tests, and product launching preparation, etc.and analytics reports.
4.Own licensing collaboration KPIs and analytics to report on the success, learnings, and other key insights from campaigns, marketing tests, and channels.
5.Build strong long-term relationships with business partners.
6.Proposes and assists direct manager in market research, monitoring competition and working processes optimization.

[Job Requirements]
1.Bachelor degree or equivalent (Business/marketing field preferred)
2.Min. 2 years of related experience in Business Development.
3.Experience in Licensing/Consumer products development is a considerable plus
4.Previous experiences in marketing aspects, such as Event Planning, Digital advertising, Influencer marketing is a plus.
5.Ability and passion to manage licensing projects with clear direction and timeline while being detail oriented.
6.Language requirements :
(1)Excellent English communication is a must
(2)French / Chinese is a perfect plus for everyday communication
7.Highly numerical and goal-oriented mind-set.
8.Strong sense of targeted market trends and ability to analyze and identify licensing partners to collaborate.
9.Proficient in G-Suite / Microsoft office / slack is a must, experiences with project management tool Miro, Click-up and Business Intelligence tool is a perfect plus.
