Job Description

1. 規劃 AARRR 成長策略模型，拆解公司目標，定義各階段關鍵指標
2. 定義各流量渠道，打造行銷成長飛輪
3. 挖掘用戶行爲數據，找到用戶的需求與動機、痛點與癢點
4. 優化 Funnel 各層轉換率，優化分群 cohort 資源配置最佳化
5. 季/年度行銷成長專案擬定與執行
6. 行銷渠道預算編列及控管
7. AARRR 成長模型指標監控與分析
8. 負責 Growth Team 人員編制 / 流程優化 / 工作分配 / 教育訓練

Requirements

1. 5 年以上數位行銷經驗，對 Paid Media, Social Marketing, SEO, Growth Hack 思維皆有涉略
2. 精通英文尤佳
3. 重視 Retention >>> Acquisition
4. 熟悉 Google Analytics、Power BI 等分析工具
5. 熟悉基礎 Excel 使用；熟悉 SQL / Tableau / R / Python 經驗加分
6. 對 Paid Media, Social Marketing, SEO, Growth Hack 思維一點也不陌生
7. 對數位行銷資訊、市場趨勢、商業競合分析有高度興趣
8. 對數字敏感，曾修習統計（包含迴歸分析、時間序列、實驗設計等）或資訊資管背景為佳
