1.Work closely with the regional manager to develop strategic plans to achieve business goals coherent with company objectives.
2.Be in charge of establishing the RHINOSHIELD brand through identifying the right platforms, partners and tools, being able to strategically allocate given resources to achieve the set goals.
3.Be responsible for analyzing the own & paid media performance to determine what works & what doesn’t. Be able to create and implement action plans, dynamically adjusting various marketing tactics to meet business needs.
4.Monitor e-commerce and marketing industry trends and competitors’ landscape on a bi-weekly to monthly basis.
1.At least 3 years of marketing or business development experience, preferably within the South Korea e-commerce industry.
2.Have a clear understanding of Korea’s shifting trends, media, and influencers’ landscape.
3.Equipped with analyzing skills to determine the performance of own and paid media.
4.Have knowledge about holistic marketing disciplines and be professional with certain fields.
5.Language Skills:
English: Working proficiency (TOEIC > 750)
Korean: Proficiency or native
6.Familiar with Microsoft Office applications and with good presentation skills.
7.Equipped with knowledge of Google Analytics.
