Key Responsibilities：

• Develops specification requirements and project quality to facilitate procurement of parts and equipment for networking products.
• Procures materials and subcontract in timely manner within approved budgeted cost.
• Develops and maintains good relationship with suppliers and subcontractors in terms of quality, cost, delivery, and responsiveness.
• Develop purchasing or sourcing strategies based on portfolio analyses and supplier preference study.
• Create monthly performance reviews and reports focusing on overall sourcing requirements.

Key Requirements：

• Bachelor’s degree or above with at least five years of experience in supply chain/cost analysis/sourcing experience
• Familiar with procurement and PLM system, such as Agile, Oracle
• Equipped with growth mindset personality to immerse with pressure and flexibility.
