Key responsibilities
- Responsible for regional(APEC) product operation management & optimization, customer service management and pricing strategy
- Need to support, analyze and optimize process based on fast-moving market and APEC clients' needs
- Plan and execute regional product new features, operation efficiency, customer service operation, pricing optimization as a key project owner
Persyaratan
Key requirements
- At least 5 years of business process improvement, system implementation and data analyzing experience in software, Telecom, SaaS companies
- Energetic, logic and able to negotiate with internal/external stakeholders
- Fluent in English, can be the bridge of APEC local teams & Taiwan office
