Several Startups are looking for UIUX team lead, required hands-on design & people management experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design team including UIUX designer, visual designer and animation designer or industrial designer
• Cross-team communication and collaborate with Product team
• Strong logics behind UI design based on profound design research process
• Provide professional quality of design in terms of image format, pixel guideline, typography for accessibility and other design elements
• Execute all UI design stages from wireframe to final hand-off to engineering and ensure its consistent quality

Key Requirements:

• At least 5-8 years of work experience as a professional UIUX designer and has team management experience
• In-depth and professional level of knowledge in UIUX principles and theories
• High-fidelity wireframe and prototyping skill
• Good/fluent in English
