【Blockchain】UIUX Team Lead(Prefer UI background)

Several Startups are looking for UIUX team lead, required hands-on design & people management experience.
职务需求
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead design team including UIUX designer, visual designer and animation designer or industrial designer
- Cross-team communication and collaborate with Product team
- Strong logics behind UI design based on profound design research process
- Provide professional quality of design in terms of image format, pixel guideline, typography for accessibility and other design elements
- Execute all UI design stages from wireframe to final hand-off to engineering and ensure its consistent quality
Key Requirements:
- At least 5-8 years of work experience as a professional UIUX designer and has team management experience
- In-depth and professional level of knowledge in UIUX principles and theories
- High-fidelity wireframe and prototyping skill
- Good/fluent in English
