Role Description
We are looking for a UI/UX Mobile App (Freelancer) to join our team.

This role is responsible for providing wireframes, workflows, UI designs, interaction designs for our mobile applications. You will work with both the Product and Engineering teams through the development cycle to ensure that the finished product we release is simple to use and aesthetically pleasing.

This exciting role is varied and constantly evolving. The ideal candidate is a natural problem solver and is never defeated by the limits of technical ability. S/he will thrive at the challenges of translating his/her creative talent into commercial design and is excited by the opportunity to explore different mediums of representing ROEHL’s brand.

Responsibilities
• Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for a product’s direction, visuals, and user experience
• Produce high quality user interfaces and visually appealing designs from conception to completion. Transform complex requirements into intuitive and usable flows for our user experience.
• Create and produce UI/UX deliverables (wireframes, prototypes, user flows, low & high-fidelity mock-ups, sitemaps, style guides, etc.).
• Build empathy and be an advocate for our customers through participation in human-centered research and design.
• Design flows and experiences that are incredibly simple and delightful.
• Effectively collaborate, communicate, and present design and user flow ideas to stakeholders, team members, and product management in both verbal and written forms.

Requirements：
• 5+ years of recent professional UI/UX design, creation, and iteration upon existing designs.
* Experience with iOS and android native UI guidelines and patterns.
* Familiarity with design and prototyping software like Figma (preferred), Sketch, Photoshop...etc.
* Good to have: Experience with Agile/SCRUM.
* Passionate problem solver with a can-do attitude.
* Self-starter with the ability to manage several projects in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent written and verbal communications skills and strong presentation skills
