The Hardware Equipment Coordinator will be a very important part of Roku TV’s engineering scaling efforts. As Roku continues to add new products and expands its Roku TV platforms, the number of physical devices used by engineering, whether it be Dev/QA equipment or product samples, continues to grow. This person will help achieve best practices for the management of this inventory, and they will help establish a policy of “A Place for Everything, and Everything in its Place”.

• Create/maintain the list of all hardware equipment we currently have. This includes test equipment, TV samples, etc.
• Work closely with hardware, software, and QA engineers.
• Recommend and help drive process improvements for inventory management.
• Keep track of the current location of all equipment.
• Once new test equipment requests are manager approved, help procure/ process/ distribute the new equipment. As well as working with vendor for equipment maintenance.
• While still in a WFH state, occasionally assist to help transport equipment between homes/ office.
• Assist with TV/ speaker/ STB sample processing such as large-screen unboxing, minor assembly (if required), HW acceptance check, inventory, and distributing it to team members, etc.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent training/experience.
• Strong problem-solving, multi-tasking, and organizational skills.
• Highly effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft office suite / various computer applications.
• Experience working in a product development environment.
• Experience working on A/V equipment and related test equipment.
