Job Description

Rosetta.ai helps fashion e-commerce uncover consumer's shopping preferences and provide personalized shopping experiences to consumers. We're making e-commerce merchants have enterprise-level AI backup on day 1.

We are looking for a Workplace Experience Manager responsible for building foundational strategies to create amazing, collaborative, and interactive global workspaces to energize and enable high-performance amongst the teams. Your customers are our employees, and you will be 100% focused on building a premium workplace/hub experience for them. You will be a creative disruptor, and always looking at new ways to enhance our workplace/hubs experience, yet, always with the mindset of service-orientation towards activities, social interactions, and other collaborative programs to make our workplaces/hubs a place that the teams WANT to come into. In your role, you take great pride in truly understanding the employee’s needs, the business objectives/obsessions, and culture activation so that employees feel engaged and fulfilled when in the physical spaces. People could call you the Workplace Concierge!

       

Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain an operationally sound and rewarding workspace filled with positivity for the team.
  • Support the creation and implementation of the post-COVID return-to-work plan and remote-working plan: facilitate workplace refresh project, manage daily scheduling of employees coming into the workplace, ensure employees' daily self-certification, and implement necessary changes as we evolve our hybrid work style.
  • Manage relationships with external parties (contractors, suppliers, etc.) and with building management, maintenance, and cleaning staff.
  • Continuously seek to improve the workplace, ensuring it is always tidy, organized, and inviting to the teams, visitors, and clients.
  • Maintain a process of ensuring the office environment and procedures meet COVID health and safety regulation standards, and ensuring they are observed by employees and visitors.
  • Partner with the People team on cultural initiatives and support them with onboarding and off-boarding.
  • Drive the building of the culture and values into the fabric of how the workplaces will operate.
  • Listen to the employees' concerns and suggestions, implementing changes if necessary, to make them feel engaged and high-performing in the space.
  • Understand the full employee lifecycle and all major touchpoints, both physical and non-physical programs, that enhance the employees' passion, motivation, and time here in the workplace.
  • Develop an efficient procurement and inventory process for supplies, food, and beverages while monitoring budgets and tracking spend.
  • Act as the sole workplace representative for the office, managing reception, and operational tasks, and serving as the onsite point of contact during business hours.
  • Build the brand for recruiting and company culture for the team and talents.

Requirements

[Minimum Qualifications]

BACKGROUND & SKILLS:
  • 2 years experience working in administrative, hubs, hospitality, or similar fields.
  • Contagiously positive attitude and personality that benefits and enables the workplace culture.
  • Excellent organization, planning, and prioritization skills with the ability to coordinate multiple schedules, visitors, and competing priorities with enthusiasm and positivity.
  • Strong interpersonal and networking skills, effectively building relationships at all levels with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; can effectively communicate across various audiences, including senior leadership and executives.
      Experience:  
      • Demonstrated ability to take existing processes and improve them, or identify the need for standard operating procedures where none previously existed.
      • Experience with branding for recruiting and company culture.
      WORKING STYLE:
      • Self-starter, able to work independently.
      • Exceptionally strong ownership and "can-do" attitude with an operational mindset.
      • Enjoy working autonomously while reporting up accurately.
