Sandline's Project Analyst team performs multiple mission-critical tasks in support of our Operations group. Primary tasks associated with the position are data preparation and processing, database administration review, and multiple client-supporting activities as required by individual matter needs. The Project Analyst team also serves as a delegation path for the Project Manager group. Working closely with the Project Management team and our Forensics team, the Project Analyst bridges multiple Operations functions and provides crucial support to the Sandline service delivery model.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Monitor and report on the progress of client projects through the multiple departments at Sandline.
• Obtain, examine and prepare client data for processing.
• Assist with media intake and inventory; media management, storage, shipping and receiving; media organization and analysis projects; other media-related duties as needed.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving any client issues with delivered or hosted data.
• Conduct searches within Relativity or other hosting platforms.
• Perform quality control checks of work products from operations groups and other team members.
• Create client or Sandline-specified reports.

• Familiarity with digital forensics concepts and tools is a plus.

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Industry qualifications such as Relativity Certified Administrator or Relativity Certified Analytics Expert is a plus.
• A solid understanding of all Microsoft Office applications and any text editor. Experience with SQL databases and other database applications is a plus.
