2. Participate in marketing plan, social media management, marketing copywriting.

3. Respond to client issues, problems, complaints and work with service provider team leads to resolve in a timely, professional and satisfactory manner

4. Organizing stocks and maintaining inventory

5. Processing, packaging and shipping orders accurately

6. Assist in client mail outs and communications

7. Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, and forms

8. Receive, unload and place incoming inventory items appropriately

9. Manage office supplies stock and place orders

10. Monitor marketing activities online.
