The Online Marketing Manager is a hybrid role with responsibility across Online Marketing. You will be fully in charge of performance marketing efforts for assigned countries across different marketing goals, as well as be a subject matter expert on SEO and ASO practice.

As part of the regional Online Marketing Team in Singapore, you will be working closely with local teams and regional stakeholders to achieve marketing excellence for countries. If you are an experienced, self-motivated, and innovative online marketer, this could be the role for you. The candidate will:
Performance and Marketing
* Design and execute digital media strategies and leverage on online media channels to drive company growth.
* Manage and be responsible for the performance of all online channels which include but are not limited to Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, network campaigns and etc
* Collaborate with local marketing teams in campaign creation and execution
* Derive actionable insights from marketing and product data and able to take prompt actions in optimization
SEO & ASO
* Monitoring and reporting of SEO performances & issues regularly;
* Executing SEO campaigns which include but are not limited to keyword research, technical optimization, link building, content creation, etc;
* Collaborate with stakeholders on APP store optimization to improve our presence and ranking on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store through tests and optimization

Requirements

* 5 years of experience with at least 3 years with performance marketing channels and proven track record of delivering significant growth with cost efficiency and 1-2 years of SEO and ASO experience
* Excellent analytical skills and data-driven mindset
* Proficient in marketing tools and platforms, including and not limited to Appflyer, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Ahrefs, Majestic and Screaming Frog
* Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deal with ambiguity
