Staff Software Engineer - Android

Responsibilities
- Lead a growing team of software developers, conducting systems designs, code review and providing feedbacks to ensure best practices
- Drive cross-collaboration and project execution across multiple teams and RD hubs.
- Manage large scale project priority, deadlines, and deliverables
- Cultivate engineering culture and influence team in daily operation, development discipline and team morale
- Provide technical consultation to the team manager and mentorship to engineer members

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 8+ years of experience in software development, and with data structures/algorithms.
- 5+ years of practical experience in Android development
- Experience working closely with product manager, designers, and other developers of different functions to build a top-notch mobile experience
- Deep knowledge of the capabilities of different Android API levels
- Experience developing performant Java/kotlin code and view layouts, as well as the ability to diagnose performance bottlenecks at system level
- Familiar with the Android tool ecosystem for development, testing, debugging, and benchmarking
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, a team player with can-do attitude and strong leadership
