To partner with line managers and supervisors to resolve day to day issues and to implement good people management practices
To assist in supporting formal grievances and disciplinary situations – assessing risk, supporting line managers with investigations and liaising with relevant members of the divisional HR team and the central HR functions on complex matters
Support HR Business Partners with key business projects, restructure and change management
Supporting our HR Manager in managing the full-cycle recruitment process - creating job descriptions, sourcing, interviewing and reference checks.
Conduct phone/video interviews to screen and qualify candidates.
Collaborate with multiple stakeholders/Hiring Managers to drive recruitment efforts and also to develop a deep understanding of future hiring requirements.
Support HR online and offline projects
Support office admin management
Proficient in both written and verbal communication skills (English and Chinese)
Experienced in recruitment for technical positions and experienced with leveraging on job platforms in Taiwan (LinkedIn, 104, other recruitment channels, etc.)
Strong drive to excel in a fast-paced, autonomous, startup environment
Strong desire to learn and value-add to the team.
Demonstrates excellent understanding of employment law and its application on a pragmatic basis
Possess knowledge of sourcing and attracting various tiers of talents, both active and passive.
Strong time management, organization, prioritization skills and the ability to be able to manage multiple projects and casework
Comfortable with ambiguity and able to manage changing priorities
Ability to apply a flexible approach in searching for solutions without resorting to a formal process as a first step
Degrees in Business Administration, Human Resources Administration and sales related experience would be a bonus.
Good knowledge of software and technology is a plus
